DBA make slotted / hardened rotors for W116's but they are about $250 (per end) so these come in at enough under that (postage included) to make it worth a crack. Still not sure whether i'll go with these rotors or the DBA ones.. but food for though...

Should be a quicky... Usual cost for a steam clean of the engine / underbody of the engine etc. And, is this the best way to get everything clean to do a good going over / search for any oil/fluid leaks etc? ...not that I got any leaks, not many anyway. Just wanna tighten everything up. :)

Ok people, I recently purchased a set of M117 extractors from a mob in QLD. I was told that they came off an M117 engine but they were modelled for a 107 engine bay. I received the extractors, and hoped that the could be slightly customised for the 116 engine bay. Un-fortunately, it's a no go...

Where did you hear that sh!t des?!?!??? If someones blueprinted that shyte and selling these parts i need to know. If they are i'm going shopping for a 6.9 engine to drop in the track car and put on some new heads / cams etc... Any info is good info.
