Here is what looks like a nice 450SEL.
I did chuckle to myself when I read the description.

However something really wrong with the front bumper bars for sure.

Nice SEL. I wonder if it was in a minor front end shunt as the bumper is a little askew.

The silver 450SEL is a local Newcastle car & has belonged to two Members of the local Mercedes Club.

Interesting the ad has already ended I saw the car driving around town nice looking car from the road.

Might be a time capsule but you have to drive a beige 180E. I drove one when they were much newer and was rather unimpressed. At the time I didn't get why anyone would buy one when you could get a 190E 2.3 or 2.6 that was a few years older for the same money. With an auto it was slow as a dog, but without the character of say an old 240D.

Yes Benzboy they do it would appear it was serviced yearly irrespective of mileage. And while they are very slow cars . Everyone knows Brown cars are the quickest.

This is a nice SL motec, and if it had books the price isn't too outrageous. without books I would not believe the miles or pay that price though.

If you have a close look at the pics, the paint looks very flat, especially the sides.

Inside looks a tad rough if you save the pics then expand for close inspection.
