Hello guys & ladies see what you think of this 1969 230 for sale here in Newcastle?

I have seen the 230 at local car shows it is a nice looking car.

I have also met the seller before ten years ago he had a 260E W124 for sale it I had a PPI carried out on the car the inspection results were very good.

I made an offer on the 260E which was unfortunately not accepted.

This weeks car is a very clean Petrol blue 450SE, a rather under-rated colour. While the condition of the drivers seat cannot be ascertained due to the sheepskins, the rest of the car is quite nice (not perfect, but nice). I would be happy to have it in my garage (sans wheel arch trims). If I were buying it the presence of the towbar would be a slight concern based on strain on the trans.

I would say parts car but not sure if there are many usable parts on it. Maybe if you need a 350chev for another project.
