Charles Ironside is a well known and probably Classic Car Dealer in the UK. This particular car appears to lack nothing - new upholstery, new paint and everything else correct, hence the asking price may well be justified.
You have to ask yourself why such a low mileage example should have seen this level of restoration. Just think - England, damp, long winters, cool summers - surely, if nothing else, the upholstery should, or could, still be original ? I look at the upholstery in Gleaming Beauty which is still original and probably in 80% condition. At least, someone has carried out all the work for a new owner, albeit at a significant cost penalty. Regards Styria
