Hi Bryce, I can vouch for the slowness of telephone response. I gave up after twenty minutes of trying. Later in the day, much later, my phone call got responded to after a 25-20 minute wait. I was all ready to purchase two of the Pirelli Dragon Sport which is rated at 300 km/hour. A little high flying on my part (couldn't spell presumptious), but I thought "well, it can't do any harm", but this tyre is of the high end variety from a monetary point of view, retailing at about (from memory) $AUD 348.00. Half of that came out at about $174.00 and I just could not justify the expense at this stage - especially having regard to the fact that they are directional when fitted, so one needs to be aware that you need one left, and one right. Obviously, when I did ring successfully, I did not know details of the two tyres I wanted to replace. I do think that Bryson scored a huge deal for his car. Great work.

Incidentally, the old K-Mart Service Centre was sold to the Continental Gmbh. from Germany for a huge amount of money.

The proof will be when I get the tyres fitted, but it will also allow me to install a set of very nice condition gullideckel wheels I had on my 450SLC onto the SEL with these new tyres and use the wheels that are currently on there with 6 year old Michelins as spare tyres for the SEL, SEC and SLC.
