Well to make room for the move to Newcastle.

Decided to sell the following MB parts:

Two W126 alloy wheel rims.

W123 power steering pump has to be reconditioned.

Two W126 black & white mudflaps.

Two tail light lenses suitable for a W124 the lenses are aftermarket.

Yes a good result selling the two alloys.

The old rule of thumb Brian avoid potholes nothing but trouble!

Cost me $400 two weeks ago for new tire-rod ends, as I drove over a pothole accidentially so I learnt the hard way potholes are not my best friend that is for sure!

The old tire-rod ends were the original rod ends fitted to the car back in 1989 as well.

After heavy rain in the Bay the last two weeks, potholes have reappeared it is the Council's responsiblity to repair the potholes.

Alloy wheels off to there new home tomorrow.

Washed & polished the alloys today and removed about 80% of the brake dust on the inside of the alloy wheel.

Please go back and compare the previous pics of the alloys and have a look at the alloys now!

Yes there is still brake dust evident on the inside but no where near as bad previously.

Plus the buyer is purchasing the alloys to be refurbished.

Drove the 300SE into the garage at the new house on Friday.

Garage is currently full of old junk from which will be removed once we have moved in.

300SE does not quite fit escpially at the rear and the roller door could not be closed.

Guy who bought the W126 wheels is a Builder he told me there is an adjustment to the roller door once the adjustment has been made car will fit perfectly in the garage.

I will have to get the Builder to show me how to adjust the roller door I did not have time on Friday.

Anyhow see what you think of the pic?
