Yes - K-Motronic with R-R tweaks. I had the fuel head rebuilt by Bosch in 2007 and the result is a very smooth motor with idle better than most Spirits. At the same time I also replaced the engine management module and was lucky to get a brand new original one for $400 from the UK - a chap who had bought one and no longer wanted it. I would hate to think what one would have to pay from Crewe Parts today...

That engine has quite an interesting carburettor setup. Looks like quite an intricate updraft? I presume they were worried about fuel leaking into the engine block and bending a rod?
If you mean the PI and PII, these were Royce carburetors designed and made by Royce and reputed to be made with the precision of a Swiss watch. For the PII Continental (the last R-R Royce designed and supervised before he died) they switched to a proprietary carburetor. I'll need to find out more about this before I can give you a proper answer Bryce.
