No - it was built factory right hand drive. No one is sure how many were made in RHD form, but they did export a lot (relatively) to RHD countries. Here is a list of where they went.

Isn't every one of these countries listed LHD?

With the exception of Sweden,yes. Sweden was right hand drive until 1967 I think, but most sold there were probably sold as left hand drive as they travelled a lot into left hand drive countries. I have a contact at the Tatra archives that is researching this for me.
