Yesterday I attended the Auto Brunch event at St Ives Showground again. It's still far and away the best cars and coffee event in Sydney. This month was

I just moved my own site to a new hosting provider, and so far it seems quite a bit faster. If all goes well, I will move topklasse over close to our next renewal which I think is January.

The issue is less location and more the shared database. Because its shared with lots of other people, we can't change settings that the forum software would like to see for good performance, so the site can be slow when people are using it because of this. Performance varies a lot because of other sites on the same server.

I went to St Ives yesterday - a bit of a last minute trip, but they have now moved the event to the main showground oval, so parking is no problem anymore: https://www.classicjalopy.com/2023/09/auto-brunch-st-ives-september-2023/

I went in both August and September.
This is a much better event now they are using the main oval. You don't have to get there so early, and there is plenty of parking:
