8 to 1 would be passable for a low blow turbo (Say half a bar maximum) but anything above that pressure and it really starts to place great strain on the crank, bottom end bearings not to mention the head gasket, head, valves and rings.
Add to that the increased stress from the massive amount of heat and the fact that the oil system really wouldn't be designed to cope plus the massive wear and strain on the driveline and this car will be problematic in many areas I feel.
Unless of course the original drive train was removed before turbo and placed back in the car once the silliness was over with.
For my money?
Id be supercharging to take advantage of the massive torque curve the M100 delivers
