Yep organised this from the start. The missus did a great job of the main flyer. Had a little spruiking help from another member of MBCV. Used all my contacts and explored others. It’s turning into the main event for 2018!

It was an absolutely fantastic day. Many thanks to Mark for organising and hosting. We visited some fantastic places, hooned along some great country roads and had some hearty food. It was wonderful to see so many fellow MB enthusiasts and a variety of vehicles. My 6.9 thoroughly needed, deserved and enjoyed a decent outing. Thanks to all for making this event fun.

Thanks; great to meet new people and catch up with old friends! I learnt some new things about the original event and thoroughly enjoyed driving Dora. The rain stayed away and the sun even poked through later in the day! Thanks should go to Hedley from Emu Bottom for opening up the property for us to enjoy. It is an amazing venue and the wool shed is the perfect reception centre. Unfortunately I forgot to take any pics inside...

My first event organised and even with great feedback I can see where improvements can be made. I’ll look at another event over summer and then something every 6 months.

Not sure on numbers, but I’d guess 20 cars n 30 people? Not bad considering it didn’t hit the club mag until the week prior so I was very late notice for some.

In ten years time the Fangio 50th should be huge! Red Bull WILL B THERE along with the Fangio car (Skye). Maybe we’ll even get some interstate or international visitors??
