    Parking Sensors

Time to trade Sean. These cars are draining funds at a great rate of knots, so an upgrade might be best. At your age mate, you should be fully enjoying your automotive experience. Not a constant head f$#k worrying about what is going to fail next and leave me by the side of the road.

Window tint in Australia is essential, especially if you use a car or truck for business. The main factor is UV. Nearly all window tint in this country is 99% UV proof, which is the killer to skin and car internals. Heat reflection is also a good part of it today, and of course we have laws...

Evaporator drains can be one of the most frustrating things to fix. In a lot of cases, it’s not just years of dust build up etc that blocks them, but the internal insulation of the evaporator case/box that breaks up. It may be styrofoam or simply sponge etc. Either way not a good job. Not...

Sean, What would you rather travel in if these 2 were offered to you? A1956 Chevrolet Impala. A yank tank made in the USA Or A Chevrolet Malibu (similar to a Holden cruise) built in Korea?

Mercedes Benz Vito is a commercial vehicle. A Kia Carnival is not a Van. You need to identify between commercial or passenger vehicle. I don’t know what you are reading Sean, but here you go...

Lol Don’t know about an “amazing offer” Michel. I’ll just bore more people to death lol But in short, we now have a full powertrain engine to final drive all designed to talk to each other via Volvo’s latest TEA 2 electrical architecture. Each item has its own ECU, and now operates at 512kbps...

Agreed. All people movers in Australia will have a 5 star ANCAP rating. Massive amounts of safety systems (active & passive) as they have been designed from the ground up to carry people. They are no longer a commercial vehicle then converted to carry people, as Bryce mentions. However do...

Great point Bryce. Very popular with big families and yes, Kia started all this big warranty, good on them for that. Michel, I too could easily live with one, I enjoyed it a whole lot more than I thought I would. Very sweet ride indeed.

Fully agree mate. This new one is massive inside, and carry’s 8 still with a massive boot area. Great if you wanted to start a airport shuttle service in luxury.

Gents, I had a brand new (less than 300 k on the clock) Kia Carnival or GUV (Grand Utility Vehicle) as their marketing is calling it given to me by Hertz last week in Victoria, and the diesel in this was just magnificent. From my trip from Tullamarine to Hallam in fairly bad morning traffic...

This is the sort of thing I have been doing to 25 year old furniture to brighten the house up to match new brighter colours & new plantation shutters. This is a massive coffee table which is part of a few pieces I had made 25 years ago. It weighs 60kg, and is put together only with brass screws.

Hi mate, I must apologise as I didn’t see this message. This was off the bottom of my page. That’s ok. I didn’t think of it that way at all. So no dramas what so ever. I was hoping to come when it was mentioned earlier, however I have been frantically restoring furniture all week. There...
