What goes in this hole?????

Does anybody know what goes in this hole on a 6.9, please?
It is on the LHS next to the bracket that holds the main line and the return line to the strut.
Could it be for the bracket that holds the second lot of horns?

Is it the hole for the wiring for the warning light which should be connected to the "central sphere" and passes through into the harness behind the left headlight. I think it should have a single wire in a heavy outer with a grommet in the hole.

Nah, can't be that as my warning light works ok. Also in the hole there was a metal tube that I took out before I took the photo.
I'm hoping it was just for the bar that holds the other horns.....I hope.....
