Usual curiousity from all of us -- how about some pictures? Also, I will have to get my brother to have a look around for w116's in Perth. He lives in Kalamunda. I did see a quite distinctive milan brown 450SEL in Fremantle 2 years ago. Distinctive, because it was LHD, quad headlight with bumper bars that jutted out, both front and rear.

Just discovered the text message on my mobile this morning - I haven't yet transferred the pic to my PC, but by the look of things, this is a very nice looking 6.9 with some rather 'schmick' looking wheels.

The car is right down on its haunches as obviously there is no engine and therefore it hasn't run for a long time. Getting it onto the flat bed truck would have been quite a feat. Regards Styria
