UTE from w107 slc

i never thought i will write about the w107 , not my cup of coffee , but here is the story, i joined a classic cars local group and i was really thrilled by the items i see , a really interesting items -all starts on 6 of oktober when they celebrate the memorial of 6 of oktober war , anyway i was amazed by the amount of classics in the country anyway, one member of the group is on converting a w107 to UTE

The only reason why I could see that an SLC would be converted into a ute is that the rear windscreen has been broken. About 5 years ago, it was said to me that a replacement rear screen would cost around $2,500.

If that be the case, perhaps a ute conversion would start to make sense....

Same here.....no, can't bring myself to writing a one liner. Now let me see....would it look anything like the El Camino ute constructed by Carl Middlehauve ? I thought that conversion was not particularly attractive. So Tarek, I hope you're going to show us some nice pictures. BTW, how about "OLd Blue" and "Red Piglet" ? Maybe you have some news.
