It is when one reads the article and looks at the photos, you begin to understand what heritage and tradition is all about. That is why companies like Mercedes, Bentley, Rolls Royce will always stand at the forefront when you come to discuss classic cars. Although the Japanese are catching up, and you have to also consider the American classics, they are in a different league again. The Yanks have gone a different way - many of their names have disappeared, and the namesakes they are producing today, are more of the everyday, mundane road cars.
