You know, E200K, that if you bought a 420 SE/L, you're getting a whole lot of car for your money. If it is a $50k. Motor Car as someone suggests, that then is a lot of money.

I really like those late model 126s - the 420 engine is almost silent, and the cars still look modern today, especially if the colour is right.

Keep in mind Matthew Kean's 420 - what a magnificent beast and fabulous condition it is in. Also, have you thought about Michel's 560SEL - you could do a lot worse. Anyway, I am looking forward to your further reports as to what you are going to get up to. Regards Styria

Not logical, don't need it, and got no room, but I just feel one may land here soon.
The SLC may have to go anyway, (not suitable for Django the Golden Retriever) and I am rather unimpressed with the 190E so may cough up for the extra petrol and get a 300SE as a daily commuter if I can find a decent one with low kms.
