Now that does make for interesting reading and the comments about the relative value of the examples is both informative and intelligent. It is further proff that in the buying and selling one really needs to know the market and where it as when you decide to move.
It's a shame we don't see more pre-War Benzs here in Australia as there was a certain style which is quite unique to the marque.

Hi Styria thank you for that post there is 1 300sl roadster that i know of that if and when it ever goes to auction i would imagine it to reset past prices. It has had 1 owner since new has had a tv career never been un used since new . Its owner some would say is the ultimate playboy but i believe his friends just call him Heff
