Don't know if anyone is interested, but through the good offices of Motec 6.9 and Supercars Concept I found this link. There are some really fantastic cars to peruse, with full facilities (I think) to examine each car in finer detail by highlighting the one you would be interested in.

Geoff never got a reply to his thread, but them's the breaks. I hope this thread fares a bit better. :D Regards Styria

Just to add some legitimacy to the thread, we have a Benz 250SE Coupe that took part. Quite a beautiful car - just a pity about the left rear quarter window being up, and it does have, of course, the non-original twin vertical headlights.

N.B. Absolutely stunning interior, with magnificent timber embellishments.

More interior work, with those super rare headrests.

Hi Geoff, if nothing else, we have had twenty two lookers today - that includes you, presumably once, and myself twice, or it may have been three times. I guess for a Sunday that's alright. :D Regards Styria

BenzBoy, I had no difficulty bringing up the Carmel concours site. Whilst I was at it (checking), I came across the car being shown hereunder - something just very, very special.

N.B. Another car to strike my fancy was this Iso Grifo - shades of the AC Frua, the Monteverdi Hai - just such timeless styling.

Being a prototype production values would not be as high as if they had taken the car into the market - hence, the fit and trim. I'm not too sure about the styling.

As you know, styling is purely subjective, but is typically Frua of that period. I confess to have a liking for it - it so closely resembles many large fast back models of that period or thereabouts. To me, they look nothing short of timeless elegance. Regards Styria
