Blinker relay - 116's and 107's

As a rule, those relays located beneath the dash are perfectly reliable. However,, when they commence to malfunction by invariably failing to function IMMEDIATELY, that innocuous looking little switch can set you back about $130.00, fifty less from the after-market people - if they've got them in stock.

Simple fix is to open up the switch, clean up the points and bend them enough to have about 8thou clearance. Five minutes work ! Regards Styria

No, Michel - if you could fit just any old unit, I have about twenty on hand from other cars.

You need to keep in mind the number, and shape of terminals, on the switch and it fits into the appropriate female connecting switch. As I said, five minutes work and you're done (that time does not include removal from car). Regards Styria

Don't tell me the dash or the console has to come out...
