Just thought I'd give you all a heads up about a 280SE at Macwreck in Moolap, (15 min from Geelong) sitting there with a complete black interior which looked Ok to me with the following details:
* Early type with "thin" door trims
* Door trims have holes for hand-crank window winders
* 3 of the 4 door trims look in good condition, 1 needs some work
* Front seats look OK, one has headrest still fitted, other headrest is on the car floor
* Rear seat was not extensively examined and loose from its mountings (probably to reach the rear shock towers)
* Macwreck is u-pull-it type place, with usually reasonable prices, but you have to remove the whole interior yourself. As always, negotiate a price for the interior before commencing removal.
* I am not associated with Macwreck, I was just there to find some Mazda parts and saw a W116 280SE sitting there.
