What an awesome machine - I saw the 'normal' S-Class version in Graz, Austria at the Mercedes Benz dealer. Second hand, fabulous condition with an option list as long as your arm. However, this is the latest model. Regards Styria

Last year we did a front brake job on an SL65 Bi Turbo. Well somebody had to test drive it and bed the brakes in so I volunteered. This engine has a crazy amount of torque. The engineers built in a slippage in the transmission on take off or you would just set off the traction control on take off. Once moving any more than a 1/3 throttle and the traction control comes on

These are truly amazing beasts, I had the pleasure of driving one whilst in Dubai. In fact calling them a car almost seems wrong they are way more than that truly remarkable automobiles these are.
