BTW, we do have a member in Tassie, in fact three or perhaps even four. Hans Kruger, good "old" Des, and Andrew who shares, with his father, several 116s, including 2 - 6.9s. Where are they all now ? Funny how things seem to change in the internet world. Regards Styria

What I find interesting is that it's already at $3.5K and yet it's on LPG, with no pics of the interior....

This car was only bought late last year by the current owner it was discussed prior to purchase on ozbenz.com its performance should be qiet good as it was talked about being a euro model and the system is a gasresearch lpg system which is known to give away very little in performance to petrol and if tuned correctly i have seen gasresearch systems make more power than petrol unlike the impco system my car had when i bought it which is to small for the car being a 300 system designed for up to 5lt engine size but the bigger mixer does not fit under the bonnet of a 6.9

Hi Motec 6.9, that's very interesting information you've come up with, especially in regards to the gas conversion. I have known very little about LPG, and whilst I think that an LPG system takes away from the value of a 6.9 (should it be original, says he !), the idea certainly needs to command a certain amount of merit. Do you think that anyone has details about the quality of the interior ? The car just seems a little rough around the edges. Regards Styria
