Those pumps, Mark, are not easy to rebuild. Removal of the impeller is the most difficult and dangerous part. Dangerous as far as breaking the body is concerned. The bearing itself has not been available for a long time. Your link, BTW, is not a good link - from memory, it advises that there is nil stock. That, with Autohaus Arizona, is the standard reply when it comes to 6.9 pumps. Regards Styria.....In addition, when dealing with the States, you have two lots of postage........$$$$

I'd hoped I'd come across a source on the net, but it doesn't look so good now....

Yes I new the pumps were a bugger to rebuild and the risk of breakage is high. The only reason one needs attention is because it's leaking. Hopefully the impellor's ok and I don't damage it during the process. It doesn't sound so good about the bearing availability..... :(
