Sir Des' car was purchased by B13 (Ian) in Melbourne and as far as I know, he still has it.

There is a 6.9 for sale on the Carsales site in Tassie asking price $17,900 is it the same 6.9 you guys are talking about?

The 6.9 for sale at Carsales is a Thistle Green colour.

I am glad my 6.9 is white.

My favourite colour was always silver (with blue velour) but I got my white one (with parchment velour) based on condition and after 4 years I love it.

She ticked over 200,000km last week.

also Timmy, there is no such colour as thistle green - it is called silver green, or in German, Silber Gruen. You can get yourself into some trouble. Regards Styria

Ummmmm - errrrrr.
Silver Green 861 is the usual colour but from 1980 (?) I understand Thistle Green 881 was also available. These two are often confused.
