1973 450SL for sale

Well, it looks like the buyer I had lined up for my 450SL has gone MIA, so it's on the market again.

It's registered until June.
It needs the seats re-upholstered.
It has been maintained by Harry at Arthur Rizzo.
Although the side mouldings are not pictured on the car they will be fitted for sale.
It is being sold with 14" Bundt Rims, not the 16" Pentas pictured.
It was resprayed in January last year by Axel at Vehicle Colour Design Centre.
It is newly re-carpeted.
It has a good condition canvas.
It has new grille hardware and new front bumper rubbers.

$15,500 as is. I'm happy to help the buyer with sourcing seat covers.

This car is rust free.

Update:

The car will have a complete mint interior on the weekend, including door trims, console, steering wheel, seats, handbrake cover, zebrano trim, etc etc.

Also, new factory front spoiler being fitted on the weekend as we ll as all side mouldings going back on.

Price adjustment to reflect this: $15,900.

Hi Fotografa, I suppose it's fair to say that the response to your advertisement has been somewhat lukewarm - so to speak. In fact, it's been 'zilch'. If I can help you a bit, may I suggest some photos and a better all round description. I know you have stated the obvious, but it does not tell us what it consists of.

In other words, you say it has a mint interior - what is it ? Velour, Leather, colour of car (unless I have missed that) - you know, just a somewhat more detailed description. Tyres, mechanical condition, what work has been done etc. etc.

Anyway, I am looking forward to further details and also remember, a picture can be worth a thousand words. Just my thoughts. Regards Styria
