116 Genuine AMG front air dam questions

Curious to know if the genuine AMG spoilers are plastic or fiberglass?

The one I came across is fiberglass but has the AMG stamp with part number.

Also, how should this be attached?

Mine is held on with 2 screws on either side held into the original valance.

Mine is pretty much the same as yours.

Glass and held with a couple of screws either side

....plus, you do need a connecting bracket in the middle - these we have made up ourselves. If you were to research the thread of AMG reproduction spoilers, you are bound to find some pictures that illustrate the installation procedure. Regards Styria
